1. Welcome Address / स्वागत भाषण
The meeting commenced with the welcome address delivered by the President, Sh. G R Meena.
बैठक का शुभारम्भ अध्यक्ष श्री जी आर मीणा जी द्वारा स्वागत भाषण से हुआ।
2. Confirmation of Previous Minutes / पिछली कार्यवाही की पुष्टि
The minutes of the previous AGM were read and confirmed.
पिछली AGM की कार्यवाही पढ़कर सुनाई गई और अनुमोदित की गई।
3. Presentation of Annual Report / वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन का प्रस्तुतीकरण
The General Secretary, Sh. Manoj Kumar, presented the Annual Report of NHPC SC-ST Employees Welfare Association.
महासचिव श्री मनोज कुमार ने एनएचपीसी अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति कर्मचारी कल्याण संघ का वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत किया।
4. Presentation of Accounts / आय-व्यय का प्रस्तुतीकरण
The Treasurer, Sh. Arvind Singh, presented the audited accounts for the previous years (including 3 years backlog), (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY2022-23, FY2023-24 and FY2024-25).
कोषाध्यक्ष श्री अरविन्द सिंह ने पिछले वर्षों (पिछले 3 सालों के बैकलाग सहित वित्त वर्ष 2020-21, वित्त वर्ष2021-22, वित्त वर्ष 2022-23, वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 और वित्त वर्ष 2024-25) का लेखा-जोखा AGM के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।
5. Discussion on Agenda Items / एजेंडा विषयों पर चर्चा
Various issues concerning the Association were discussed by the members.संगठन से संबंधित विभिन्न विषयों पर सदस्यों ने चर्चा की।
6. Resolution on Continuation of Executive Committee / कार्यकारिणी समिति के कार्यकाल पर प्रस्ताव
After detailed deliberation, the following resolution was unanimously passed:
विस्तृत चर्चा के उपरांत निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया:
“It was resolved that the present Executive Committee of NSSEWA will continue for one more tenure of two years. Any vacant posts, if any, may be filled subsequently through elections as per the provisions of the constitution.”
“यह प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया कि NSSEWA की वर्तमान कार्यकारिणी समिति आगामी दो वर्षों के लिए यथावत कार्य करेगी। रिक्त पदों को आवश्यकता अनुसार संगठन के संविधान के प्रावधानों के अनुसार चुनाव द्वारा भरा जा सकता है।”
7. Any Other Matter with Permission of Chair / अध्यक्ष की अनुमति से अन्य विषय
Suggestions from members were noted for further necessary action by the Executive Committee.
सदस्यों द्वारा दिए गए सुझावों को कार्यकारिणी समिति द्वारा आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु नोट किया गया।
8. Vote of Thanks / धन्यवाद ज्ञापन
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by प्रेसीडेंट Sh. G R Meena.बैठक का समापन अध्यक्ष श्री जी आर मीणा जी द्वारा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ।
