About NHPC SC ST Employees Welfare Association
एनएचपीसी एससी एसटी एम्प्लॉइज़ वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (NSSEWA) एनएचपीसी में कार्यरत अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) और अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) कर्मचारियों के कल्याण, अधिकारों और सशक्तिकरण के लिए समर्पित एक मान्यता प्राप्त संगठन है।
यह संगठन एससी/एसटी कर्मचारियों के लिए समान अवसर, सामाजिक न्याय, उचित प्रतिनिधित्व और संवैधानिक अधिकारों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास करता है।
प्रबंधन के साथ सतत संवाद, नीतिगत वकालत और जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से, NSSEWA कार्यस्थल की समस्याओं का समाधान करने, कर्मचारियों के हितों की रक्षा करने और संगठन में समावेशी विकास को बढ़ावा देने का कार्य करता है।

The NHPC SC ST Employees Welfare Association (NSSEWA) is a recognized body committed to the welfare, rights, and empowerment of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) employees in NHPC.
The Association works to ensure equal opportunities, social justice, fair representation, and protection of constitutional rights for SC/ST employees.
Through continuous dialogue with management, policy advocacy, and awareness programs, NSSEWA strives to resolve workplace issues, safeguard employee interests, and promote inclusive growth within the organization.
The Association also organizes welfare activities, cultural programs, and capacity-building initiatives for the holistic development of employees and their families.
